Home buying and selling market study

In response to the Office of Fair Trading's announcement that they are seeking industry views ahead of home buying and selling market study, we are happy to say that they are looking at competition on price and quality between service providers. As EstateAgencyFeesDirect already addresses the point on competition and transparency on services and estate agent fees, we have stated our viewpoint to the OFT whom are not able to actually endorse our service but do recognise the value of comparing estate agents as you would other financial industries and will include in their study. We look forward to their results!
